What types of wood can we recycle?
Many wood products are recyclable, such as wood pallets and new construction wood, in all shapes and sizes.
However, there are certain types of wood we cannot accept. Here is a brief listing of those items.

Here are some examples of wood products that we do accept.
Clean, urban wood products, source separated wood, construction lumber, pallets, clean wood with no dyes, glues or metal (other than nails).
Here are some examples of wood products that we do not accept.
Wood that is contaminated with dyes, glues, painted lumber, mixed construction debris, hazardous materials, and other contaminants. Tree trimmings, lawn waste, green waste, stained fence boards, painted wood, laminate counter tops, non-solid doors, plastic, paper, cardboard, metal other than nails, railroad ties and treated wood.
